One platform for the whole property

Problem
Front desk, POS, and accounting lived in separate tools that never agreed with each other; reconciliation was manual and nightly.
Built
A single property-management platform spanning reservations, procurement, and financials, with shared inventory and a unified ledger.
Highlights
Real-time room and stock state, integrated POS-to-GL posting, role-scoped access per property.

Multi-entity ERP with a real ledger

Problem
Several legal entities, multiple currencies, and reporting that couldn't be trusted across the group.
Built
A custom ERP with a multi-currency general ledger, FX gain/loss handling, formal document state machines, and a deterministic posting engine.
Highlights
Built on Postgres with row-level security; every posting auditable; entities isolated by policy, consolidated on demand.

POS and procurement, reconciled

Problem
Sales, purchasing, and stock were tracked independently, so margins were always an estimate after the fact.
Built
Integrated POS and procurement with real-time inventory and accounting, closing the loop between what was sold and what was bought.

Manual reconciliation cut sharply; live cost-of-sales; one source of truth for stock.

A software studio in Dubai.

Alpha PMS FZCO is a software studio licensed in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), United Arab Emirates. We design and build production systems for hospitality, enterprise operations, and AI-driven tooling.

The studio is founded and led by Joseph Hamze, and works directly with founders and operators — small senior teams, close to the people who run the business, accountable for what ships.
